I'm quite surprised everyone thinks this is better.... then again, everyone DID whine about the difficulty of Powerfox 1. However, the difficulty was what really made the game frantic and hectic... as soon as you memorized the horse's attack pattern, and got the hang of it, you were in for a pretty epic frantic fight. However, this is just disappointing. The horse didn't put up a fight at all- just spam punch for awhile and he would fall. Same with the elephant.
Wiesi obliterated the frantic style caused by the difficulty we saw in the first game, transforming it into this bore fest.
First off, don't think you get any slack because you are ten. No one cares.
About the Flash: The music doesn't fit the game at all, and, really, kinda sucks. The drawn background is ugly, bland, and actually kind of hurts your eyes to look at. The physics are sloppy, and the coins really serve no point, to the point where they are annoying just being there.
Listen, polish your work a bit before you submit to Newgrounds.
Now, the game itself is rather good, but the whole thing looks a bit ugly, and there are some embarrassing misspellings. Try to touch everything up, make it look a bit more smooth, and it will improve the overall feel of the simulator.
I found this game to be quite fun, despite it's childish demeanor. Unfortunately, combating the anti-east barricade gets quite dull after awhile, but it's still fun to read about those little known facts.
From this point on, the UAB will influence every game made. It shall revolutionize the way games are played. Forget that OnLive shit. Also, the story was quite interesting and random and I got quite a few laughs from that.
It's alright, I mean, I understand that it was meant to represent your "retardation" but after awhile(as other reviewers have noted) the gag gets a bit old and bland. Still, I got a few laughs out of it.
Starting to reuse some material, I see. Ah well. Funny either way. I just hope this "Random music video in the middle of the movie" doesn't become a frequent thing for the Charlie series.
Looks rather... Rushed. I understand you tried to do it in time for his birthday, but I think you could have put a bit more effort into it. Try adding more items, and don't make bluehippo look like a blob. Still, i'm sure bluehippo appreciates the thought.

Great classics!
My personal favorite was Heretic; going around blasting the shit out of people with evil lightening of death is pretty cool.
